Welcome to NEET
The Northcliffe Environmental Enterprises Team (NEET) is a Social Enterprise established to support the work of Northcliffe Nurseries. NEET, as an organisation is dedicated to working towards a healthier and more inclusive lifestyle for people with learning disabilities through horticulture and land industry.
In line with this vision NEET is committed to achieving the following objectives:
We aim to promote the education and welfare of people with learning disabilities.
We aim to facilitate skills training and work experience in horticulture and related activities.
We aim to enable participants to develop their physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacities and thereby realise their potential as individuals and participate more fully in society.
Social aims: Provision of meaningful day time activity for adults with learning disabilities, with opportunities for skills training, work experience and where possible progression into employment.
